We have teamed up with Natural Born Feeder (Roz Purcell) to create a recipe that would tie with our new Voyager Coffee. We've asked Roz to create a guilt free snack matching with the flavours of our new coffee itself. 

Roz used to live in Colombia (from where our new Single Origin Medium roast coffee is) and one of her favourite treats over there was a "Cocada", so she taught about making

We’re thrilled that our newest Insomnia barista offering has opened in the largest town in County Cork, only 9km west of Cork City. Maxol Ballincollig is the 5th Maxol station to open an Insomnia barista counter, the most recent was in Ballincoolin where Insomnia opened their very first drive thru.

Luminita, our new Insomnia manager in Ballincolllig, has worked in Maxol Ballincollig for over 4 years and in the hospitality industry for over 10 years,

Today we’ve opened our second Insomnia store in Sligo!

Capital of the Northwest region and one of Ireland’s largest towns, Sligo sees a new Insomnia Coffee Shop opening today following the first opening in 2016 (Quayside SC).

Located in O’Connell Street, in the heart of the city and just across the street from Penneys, this is one of the most spacious Insomnia shops, with more than 60 seats and plenty of space to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. <
