New Café in Halesworth
We are delighted to announce the opening of our newest café in partnership with leading UK retailer, the Central Co-op. You can now find us in Halesworth, Suffolk; serving up your favourite Fairtrade coffee and delicious treats.
The café will feature Insomnia's Signature Fairtrade coffee, ice cold milkshakes, decadent sundaes, Belgian Hot Chocolate, indulgent sweet treats, pastries, sandwiches, and much more.
Store manager Sarah and her team leader Rosemary have been working hard to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, so whether you're looking for a cozy place to study, catch up with friends and family, or simply relax with a cup of coffee we’ve got you covered. The opening hours will be between 07:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Saturday, while Sundays will see the café open from 10:00 to 16:00.
The previous Café in the Co-op, was run for many years by the much-loved Maureen Took. Maureen will continue her legacy as her and her team continue to work at the new Central Co-op store.
Maureen told us: “I’ve been very fortunate to have been at the heart of the Halesworth community for many years. From back when I ran Edwards to my time with Central Co-op, I’ve enjoyed getting to know my customers. I’m excited to start a brand-new chapter with Insomnia where we’ll continue to feed regulars and meet new people too. I’m also delighted that we’re moving forward with our existing team who have established such a great relationship with our community.”
